Can we use our own statutes and rules?
Yes, that is the starting point: positions, eligibility, fees, majority rules and member categories are configured from your statutes. Your members can even vote on statute amendments online.
Are online votes secure?
One verified member, one vote: identity check by code (WhatsApp or e-mail), secret ballot, observers, minutes and a receipt for each voter. You can rehearse on a practice platform first.
Which currencies and payment methods?
Any currency in the world, set for your region. Your bureau adds its own payment methods inside the platform — electronic payment, PayPal, mobile money, cards, transfers, or cash recorded by the treasurer. We can integrate any payment method that suits your association.
Do you take a commission on our payments?
No. You pay a subscription based on the size of your community; your members' dues and payments carry no AllCommunity commission (only your payment provider's own fees may apply).
Which languages?
French and English out of the box; each member chooses. Other languages can be added.
Can the app use our traditional fabrics and colors?
Yes. Logo, colors and fabric motifs (toghu, ndop, kente, bogolan, wax or your own) are part of your theme, on the app, the website and the member card.
Do we get an Android and an iPhone app?
Yes. Your community gets its app with its name and logo. On iPhone, the app is published with the association's Apple account. Members can also use the website from any browser.
We already use another app. Can we switch?
Yes. We migrate everything: members, accounts, billing, accounting, documents and settings, with a test period before go-live.
Can you add a feature we need?
Yes. The platform evolves with each community: new services, special rules, reports or integrations can be added.
How does the demo work?
